Digital items
Courses, downloads, and ebooks are delivered digitally, typically within 3 minutes of purchase. No shipping required.
Physical products from The Boat Galley
We ship to the US, Canada, the Caribbean, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Thailand. Shipping to other countries may be available on request. Just email us at carolyn@theboatgalley.com. Orders placed by 2 PM Eastern Time typically ship the same day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
US shipping
- $3 flat-rate shipping on packages under 1 lb (USPS, with tracking)
- Free ground shipping on orders of $60 or more (2–5 days, with tracking)
- Additional USPS and UPS options at checkout
Canada and international shipping

Customs duties and import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and carrier fees. These aren't included in our prices or shipping charges, and we don't collect or pay them. They're the buyer's responsibility. Depending on the carrier, they're collected on delivery, or the carrier (such as DHL) emails a link to pay them online before delivering.
Physical products from brand partners
Some items ship directly from the manufacturer. Those product pages say so, and shipping options and rates for them are shown at checkout.
Returns
Shipping charges are non-refundable if you return an item. If you're returning an item from within the US, we provide a prepaid return label. If you're returning an item from outside the US, return shipping is your responsibility. See our Refund Policy for details.
