More Info
Why Its Needed:
Boat owners carry a wide range of multi-page documents—insurance policies, hurricane plans, radio licenses, surveys, towing insurance, and more. Traditional document holders simply don’t provide enough space for these essentials, leaving you unprepared when it matters most.
Designed Specifically for Boaters:
Unlike generic folders, the Boat Documents Organizer is tailored to the needs of boaters, no matter the boat type or cruising location. Whether you’re navigating lakes, coasts, the Great Loop, or international waters, it’s built to support your journey.
Key Features:
- Durable Protection: Water-resistant construction shields documents from occasional splashes and won’t degrade in hot or humid conditions.
- Secure Storage: A zippered pouch keeps passports hidden and secure when the folder is closed.
- Health & Safety Ready: Includes a Personal Health Summary form for each person aboard, ensuring you have critical medical information ready in emergencies.
- Check-In Made Easy: Simplify marina and foreign country check-ins with a handy folder that keeps everything organized and accessible. For international cruisers, a "Tips for Checking In to a Foreign Country" sheet provides quick reminders of best practices.
Designed and printed in the USA, with the folder produced in China. Packaged simply to reduce waste.

Quick Reference (page 3). It is great but I didn’t know the answers to some of these. Maybe a list of choices would be helpful? For example an extra page for references,
Hull type: cathedral, deep vee, displacement, flat bottom, round bottom, semi vee, tunnel hull (copied from California Vessel Property Statement). I am still stuck on some and I will have to look online for possible choices or explanations.
Boat Documents Organizer
Good quality- wish it would fit in a file cabinet, more dividers/folders needed. Wish I could install them once I got more folders...
