To Change or Cancel Orders before fulfillment, send us an email. Once items are fulfilled, use the refund procedure below.

Courses and PDFs:
- Send us an email and we'll process the refund within 24 hours.
- We refund to your original purchase method.
Physical Products:
- Send us an email and we'll process the return within 24 hours.
- If you paid for shipping, your shipping cost will not be refunded.
- We pay return shipping by US Mail. You'll get a prepaid shipping label by email. Just print it, pack up the item you're returning, put the label on it, and put it in the mail.
- We'll refund your purchase price once tracking shows that the item is on its way back to us.
- NOTE: Refunds can take 7-10 days to show up on your credit card account after they are processed.
