To change or cancel an order before it ships, send us an email. Once items have shipped, use the refund procedure below.

Hassle-free refunds within 90 days on courses, PDFs, and products shipped by The Boat Galley. Items shipped directly by our brand partners have a 30-day return window (see below).

Courses and PDFs

• Send us an email and we'll process the refund within 24 hours.
• We refund to your original payment method.

Physical products shipped by The Boat Galley

• Send us an email and we'll process the return within 24 hours.
• If you paid for shipping, your shipping cost will not be refunded.
• Returning from within the US: we pay return shipping by US Mail. You'll get a prepaid label by email. Just print it, pack up the item, put the label on it, and mail it.
• Returning from outside the US: return shipping is your responsibility. Email us first and we'll send the return address.
• We'll refund your purchase price once we receive the item.

Physical products shipped by brand partners

Items that ship directly from the manufacturer (the product page says so) can be returned within 30 days, in like-new condition. Email us and we'll send return instructions. In most cases, we cover return shipping on these items.

Refunds can take 7–10 days to show up on your card after they're processed.
