    Nica Waters is half of the podcast team here at The Boat Galley. She's been cruising since 1992, for everything from weekends to years at a time, in the US, Caribbean, and crossing the Atlantic, with kids and without. Since 2015, she's been an instructor at Cruisers University at the Annapolis Boat Show. This is an extended version of one of her courses there.
