Physical Products

  1. Email us to initiate a return. We'll process your request within 24 hours.
  2. If you paid for shipping, the shipping cost is non-refundable.
  3. We'll provide a prepaid USPS return label by email. Simply:
    • Print the label.
    • Pack the item securely.
    • Attach the label and drop it in the mail.
  4. Your refund will be issued once tracking confirms the item is on its way back to us.
